Can't give enough thanks in words to this very incredibly hard-working agent, Nancy. She's got lots of knowledge that she's been glad to share to a new property owner such as myself. The housing market hadn't been doing so great this past year but reading her extensive reports & feedback put me at ease because I could see the proof that she really has been doing her best but it's not always that easy to get a bite from the market too quick. She took a great load off my back dealing with all the paperwork & apartment association for me. Again, there's not much else I know I could say without repeating myself now. Prior to becoming an Realtor she successfully owned and managed vacation rentals, so has experience buying and selling properties as a real estate investor! We spent 6 months preparing my home to sell. When Jessica came on board as my agent, she proved to be one of my strongest advocates as I had a disability. She found a company that would do the repairs and allow me to pay them closing. A miracle especially since she advised me the house wouldn’t sell for as much without new pipes and roof.
